The role will be working in close collaboration with global teams and oversee the end-to-end procurement process of indirect and direct spends for the business. The job you will do: * Overall responsibility for issuing purchase orders and operating subcontractors from the demand and sourcing stage to delivery. * Stablishing purchase orders and tracking until delivery. * Gathering needs and evaluating suppliers in preparation for negotiations, requests for quotes, and responsibility from the end of the negotiation stage until the completion of the contract with the supplier. * Responsibility for ongoing procurement operations with all relevant parties: suppliers, internal customers, and interfaces. * Handling and promoting proactive departmental tasks or intra-organizational requirements. * Handling defective products. * Understanding the internal customer\’s need, defining a budget framework, suggesting alternatives, and assisting in choosing the optimal solution. * Identify opportunities for proactive effective and streamlining processes. * Analysis of market trends to identify potential suppliers and alternatives. About you: * Minimum 3-5 years of commercial procurement experience is essential. * Ideally you will be CIPS Qualified, but this is not essential. * Experience with Global Procurement would be essential for the role. * Ability to collaborate with diverse teams. * High mastery of Excel. * Experience with SAP – Advantage. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Service awareness and high learning ability
