MTrec's new career opportunity. Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis. Ideally applicants will have sales experience within engineering/manufacturing.

The Job you'll do:

  • Responsible for managing the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for the company's products and services.
  • This role supports the sales team by ensuring all estimates align with project requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a technical estimating, sales support or project costing role.

  • Excellent people/communication skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a keenness for professional self-development.
