The Job You’ll Do; * Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospects through cold calling, networking, and online platforms such as LinkedIn, to uncover needs, and present tailored solutions. * Pipeline Management: Stay on top of leads and opportunities using the CRM system. * Lead Conversion: Converting potential leads into qualified meetings. * Generate Quotations: Create and follow up on quotations, upselling when necessary to track and close sales. * Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to craft strategies that drive results. About You; * A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English. * Experience in a sales support role, making outbound business to business calls. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and team members alike. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * A self-starter with a natural ability to influence and persuade. * Strong verbal and written communication for engaging with clients and presenting solutions. * Confident in handling objections and closing deals. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
