MTrec Technical are proudly partnering with a prestigious manufacturing client, based near Newcastle, with their plans for growth and expansion by recruiting a permanent Sales Coordinator to join their team. Our client has undergone significant growth over the past few years as it expands its product offering and customer portfolio. You will be joining a very secure business, with fantastic opportunities to develop your skills alongside experienced industry professionals.

The Job You’ll Do:
- Taking customer phone calls relating to the specific product information.
- Quoting customers based on their requirements.
- Liaising with customers regarding projects, lead times, delivery updates and technical assistance.
- Working with the design team to price/quote projects.
- Coding orders ready to be loaded on to operations.
- Keeping a good relationship with customers regarding aftercare (returns, tech support, reorders) etc.
- Working alongside our Sales team to ensure lead times are being met and customers are receiving deliveries on-time-in full.
- Project take-offs (turning schematics into functioning quotes).
About You:
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
