The role will operate on a 2-shift pattern, days and backs from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. If you meet the person specification below, apply now for an immediate response. The Job you will do: * Support and maintain QA and nutritional standards in line with BRC Higher Level accreditation * Perform QC, QA and hygiene checks across production, including cleaning audits and documentation reviews * Collect product and environmental samples for micro, shelf life, swab and ATP testing * Carry out weight, calibration, and traceability checks Coordinate tasting sessions and participate in sensory evaluation panels * Assist with internal audits and complaint investigations * Liaise with external laboratories and pest control providers * Ensure all test records and corrective actions are documented and communicated appropriately About you: * You will have a proven track record within a relevant quality role, ideally within the food/FMCG sector or another related field. * You will be flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task and prioritise essential tasks. * It is essential that you can commit to the working hours of the role. * You will be experienced with record keeping and be experienced in maintaining quality management documents. * A Team player and willing to work cross functionally with the relevant departments
