The Role
- You will be involved with the internal site audits.
- Food Safety and Quality Management System.
- Finished Product Specifications and related records.
- Production record implementation.
- Maintain and archive record.
- Control and calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment.
- Scheduled traceability and mass balance exercises.
- Present at 2nd and 3rd party audits.
- Product packaging analysis schedule based on risk assessment.
- Controlled release of product and packaging and their traceability.
- Supplier approval and performance monitoring.
- Storage sample management.
- Shelf-life monitoring.
The Person
- You will ideally hold a Food safety qualification-level 3 or 4 ideally.
- Must have previous QA experience within the food sector.
- An awareness and understanding of HACCP and audit exposure will be a definite advantage.
- Flexibility and a positive can-do attitude is essential as the business is fast-paced and ever-changing.
- The role demands a people person with effective communication skills and IT literacy.
