The Job you will do: * Ensure compliance with ISO9001 UKAS accreditation * Responsible for a team of 1-2 Quality Inspectors * Manage and co-ordinate the quality assurance function in close co-operation with internal departments and customers * Lead continuous improvement initiatives * Use Quality Management Software to track and monitor the progress of orders in the facility, ensuring full traceability at all times. * Develop and implement changes that reduce waste and increase efficiency * Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports About you: * Experience as a Quality Manager or similar within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment * Chemical or Precision Engineering experience is desirable * ISO9001 Auditor qualification and experience * Able to self-motivate * Comfortable leading a small team of quality inspectors * Excellent communication skills at all levels * IT Literate * Good level of literacy and numeracy
