The Job You’ll Do:
- Effectively lead shift operations, ensuring resources are prioritised and allocated to meet operational requirements
- Manage shift changes and handovers to maintain seamless operational continuity
- Conduct initial Safety and Conduct investigations in line with company procedures
- Carry out Return to Work meetings following employee absences
- Conduct low-level conduct and absence management meetings
