The Role
- Reporting to the Director and working closely with multiple business functions, as well as with customers.
- Playing a key role in ensuring projects are completed successfully from concept through to completion.
- Responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and according to customer specifications.
- Acting as the key link between customers and the internal team, maintaining alignment, overseeing and driving execution while prioritising commercial, technical and operational aspects.
- Planning, executing and overseeing projects to achieve company goals within budget and timeline constraints.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of project contract scope and delivery requirements to ensure project revenue and invoicing requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Organising, planning and managing projects, including management of project costs and preparation of internal and external reports, liaising with all appropriate departments.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of customer deliverables and managing relationships with customer project teams.
- Taking full leadership of all projects' contractual and commercial matters.
