The Company
Our client is a specialist manufacturing company; they are looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to work on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
- Will work within the supporting manufacturing with administrative tasks.
- Ensure excellent administrative support to the team.
- Liaison with internal departments on enquiry and support matters.
- Processing of orders for products on internal system ensuring accuracy and requirements.
- Involved in purchasing support.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- General Admin Duties.
- Raising and delivering customer quotations.
- Supporting the sales representatives with updates on orders and enquiries.
The Person
- Manufacturing administration experience is desirable.
- Used to working as part of a team and with the ability to provide clear instruction to others where applicable.
- Fully conversant with MS Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
- Experience of using ERP/MRP systems advantageous.
- Good customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organised and efficient in your day-to-day duties.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Interest and experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
