MTrec Technical are proudly partnering with a prestigious manufacturing client, based in Ponteland, with their plans for growth and expansion by recruiting a permanent Admin Assistant to join their team. Our client has undergone significant growth over the past few years as it expands its product offering and customer portfolio. You will be joining a very secure business, with fantastic opportunities to develop your skills alongside experienced industry professionals. If you have experience within a similar role, ideally from an engineering/manufacturing background, apply now for an immediate response.
The Job You’ll Do:
- Raise purchase orders (POs) from the MRP stock re-order report, after analysis by the stock controller
- Check order acknowledgements against purchase orders
- Investigate and resolve Supplier invoice queries
- Reporting faulty/damaged goods, obtaining RMA from the Supplier and raising a returns note
- Progress outstanding purchase orders and update Operations and the Excel non-stock spreadsheet
- Update non-stock spreadsheet with relevant information
