Our client is a market leading engineering company. To help maintain and grow their client base they are recruiting for an Operations Excellence Manager.

The role will push operational excellence by implementing reporting systems, maintaining high quality data and acting as a key technical interface. It will ensure that product implementations, documentation and issue resolution processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with business objectives.

Under your remit will be:

  • team reporting and data integrity
  • technical support and issue management
  • product support

Previous experience in a similar role is required. Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms, are essential. An understanding of engineering would be beneficial. You should have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload, proficient numerical skills, and the ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing. Excellent attention to detail is a must. A driving licence and car are also required.
