The Company

The Role
- Will lead and improve QMS guaranteeing compliance to customer standards, company standards and industrial regulation.
- You will maintain and drive quality ensuring it is rooted in all processes within the company.
- Will own the company QMS driving CI and ensuring the company and process are compliant to industry standards.
- Classify risks and opportunities acting as point of contact in the business, implementing improvements.
- Analysing data, audits and non-conformities guiding corrective and preventive actions.
- The Quality Manager will work with teams across the business.
- Also involved in managing internal and external audits, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
The Person
- Experience in a Quality Management role within a relevant industry (engineering or manufacturing).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or hold relevant experience in engineering, quality management or related area.
- Must be organised, accurate and self-motivated.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Continuous improvement focus with a proactive mindset.
