The Job you will do: * Operating a range of specialist machinery and equipment safely and efficiently * Setting up, loading and running equipment in line with job requirements * Carrying out a variety of processing, finishing and preparation tasks * Checking completed work against specifications and quality standards, and reporting any issues * Completing manual finishing, preparation and packing tasks ready for dispatch * Keeping equipment and the work area clean, organised, safe and well maintained * Working efficiently to deadlines and coordinating with colleagues across different teams * Following procedures and maintaining consistent standards throughout the production process About you: * A good eye for detail and pride in producing accurate, clean work * Reliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a small team * Comfortable on your feet and happy working in a hands-on and physical role * Able to follow written instructions and work to deadlines * Willing to learn, ask questions and take on new machines over time * Flexible on shifts and available for overtime when workloads are busy
