The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. They are looking for proactive individuals who are seeking a long-term position and can start within the next 7 working days.
The Role:
- Attend pre-shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead.
- Report any issues which may occur during the shift back to team leaders.
- Oversee a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
- Monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
- Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Work in an environment with strong chemical smells.
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties, following the company’s strict health and safety procedures.
The Person:
- Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
- Confidence on the job and readiness to take on more responsibility if necessary.
