Graduate Production Manager

The Company Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Production Manager. The Role * Will be a development role for a recent Graduate into a Production Managers role. * As Graduate Production Manager you will receive guidance and support from senior management. * You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and within budget. * Duties to include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards. * You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety. The Person * Must be a graduate with a degree in a related field. * Previous engineering or manufacturing experience preferred. * You will have good leadership/team management experience. * Will have good planning skills. * You will be IT literate with good analytical skills. * Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
