- The Job You’ll Do;
- Reporting to the General Manager, the Factory Manager is responsible for Production, including Warehouse and Hygiene (Dayshift & Nightshift).
- Overseeing all aspects of daily production and facilitating effective collaboration.
- Ensuring that the facility operates to Company standards in Health & Safety, food safety, sustainability and environment.
- Utilising the ERP system to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure production plans are delivered on time, in full, and to required quality standards
- Drive improvements in efficiency, yield and waste reduction.
- Manage recruitment and training of production, warehouse and hygiene teams.
- Closely liaise with the Supply Chain, Technical, NPD, H&S and HR departments
- Lead staff engagement and manage in line with company values
- Crisis Management
About You;
- Proven experience in a Managerial role within Food/Drink/FMCG (highly desirable)
- Relevant technical qualifications are desirable, but not essential (Degree, HND, HND etc.)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire and guide teams to achieve goals
- Experience improving processes, productivity and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and production data
