Our client is a market leading engineering company. To help maintain and grow their client base they are recruiting for an Operations Excellence Manager.

The Role

  • Will push operational excellence by implementing reporting systems, maintaining high quality data and acting as a key technical interface.
  • The role will ensure that product implementations, documentation and issue resolution processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with business objectives.
  • Under your remit will be team reporting and data integrity, technical support and issue management and product support.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
  • An understanding of engineering would be beneficial.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have a driving licence and car.
