The job you’ll do:
- Management, reporting and continuous improvement of plant specific KPI’s.
- Create and maintain all necessary documentation and procedures to define the desired safe operating envelope for the designated plant areas.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing within designated plant area (e.g. 5S, TPM, Kaizen).
- Development and delivery of the plant improvement strategy and Asset Life Plan.
- Support and provide technical coaching to the Shift Operations Leaders.
- Work closely with the Shift Operations leaders daily to ensure that operators are competent, capable and confident.
