The Job You’ll be Doing; * Accurately process purchase invoices from suppliers, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery notes, and are correctly posted to the relevant nominal code. * Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. * Act as the main point of contact for any supplier queries relating to invoices. Resolve these issues efficiently and professionally. * Ensure supplier accounts are set up correctly in the company’s accounting system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with company requirements.
