The Company you will be working for:
Our client is an established and successful company based in Durham. They are currently looking for a Production Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a full time position working 12 hour shifts from 06:00-18:00, 4 days on, 4 off. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The Role you will be doing:
- Corresponding with the shop and floor shift leaders to resolve any queries
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all jobs meet customer requirements
- Processing Customers Sales orders
- Managing orders through the production and dispatch process
- Printing and sorting factory work orders
- Completing work orders on the factory internal systems
- General Admin tasks
About you:
- Able to work 12 hour shifts from 06:00-18:00, 4 days on, 4 off
- Experience working in a production/office role
- Customer service experience
- Experience in order processing, stock management and warehousing in a production environment
- Experience using and interrogating business computer systems
- Strong teamwork skills
- Computer literate
