The Company you will be working for: MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The Job you will be doing:
- To increase the profitability and effectiveness of the company by providing high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.
- Process orders received via email or telephone.
- Check data accuracy in orders.
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer questions.
- Liaise with the warehouse supervisor and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Create accurate QR14 job sheets per the company procedures.
- Maintain and update the delivery schedules per the company procedures.
- Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor, distribute and action incoming emails to the company email address.
- Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Carry out any reasonable management request/operation that you are qualified to achieve safely.
- Able to work Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:00, Friday 8:30 - 16:30.
About You:
- Proven experience as a sales administrator.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
