The Company you will be working for:
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team as soon as possible. If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please reply for an immediate response.
The Role you will be doing:
These are some of the typical duties you will be expected to perform. This is not exhaustive, and you may need to complete similar tasks as required.
- Support Heads of Service, Head Teachers and other Senior Managers in managing human resources and in particular:
- Managing absence and capability;
- Discipline and grievance handling;
- Workforce planning;
- Managing workforce changes including organisational change, redundancy and redeployment;
- Application of national and local terms and conditions of employment including grading of posts.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Able to start a new role immediately
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work full time Monday β Friday 9am β 5pm
