The job you’ll do: * Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. * Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/email correspondence * Process customer orders through internal record management systems. * Manage customer expectations, advising on lead times, share product knowledge and alternatives available. * Report and escalate customer queries to the Customer Service Team Leader as appropriate. * Support other team members as and when required. * Process orders * Coordinate returns with the Warehouse * Arrange private orders and take card payments * Coordinate returns with the Warehouse and arrange replacements if required.
