MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for a Korean Speaking Customer Advisor to join their expanding team on a part time basis.

We are open to applicants who live UK wide, equipment and full training is provided.

The Role you will be doing

  • Conduct calls in order to generate high quality leads
  • Acquire, with training, good knowledge of product features and applications and be able to utilise this information efficiently within your communication
  • Understand the needs of the prospective customer and react accordingly
  • Maintain organised and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Research contacts and consider their requirements prior to communication
  • Support your colleagues and work as a team
  • Deliver a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times

About you

  • Exceptional communication skills; both written and spoken in Korean and English
  • Positive attitude and result driven
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objections
  • Well-organised and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Fluency in an additional language (ex: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Experience in a call centre or any target-driven environment (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc)
  • You must be able to work Monday – Friday 6am – 10am
