MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their finance team supporting the Buyer of the company.

The Role you will be doing;

  • Managing vendor relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Sourcing and selecting suppliers: Identifying and selecting suitable suppliers for various products and services.
  • Negotiating contracts: Engaging in contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring timely delivery: Overseeing the delivery of goods and services to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Maintaining supplier relationships: Keeping track of supplier performance and performance evaluations.
  • Processing purchase orders: Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including order processing and tracking.
  • Maintaining inventory: Keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring that stock is managed efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance: Adhering to company policies and regulations related to procurement and supplier management.
