The Role you will be Doing; * Monitor the supply chain ensuring timely delivery to the customer or presenting alternative solutions * Analyse and mitigate risk * Process orders according to contract specifications * Operate as the focal point of contact for matters specific to your customers * Digest and organise data to prepare regular customer reporting About You; * Excellent communicator who is analytical and detail oriented * Must be able to work independently using sound judgment in decision processes. * The individual will spend all of their time in a busy office environment, using standard office equipment. * Maintaining the utmost accuracy and utilising problem-solving skills daily. * Completing deadlines, resolving problems, and organisation of multiple tasks * GCSE or equivalent, but Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred * Aerospace Background and Fastener Product Knowledge preferred but not essential * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Basic competency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Power Point * Strong analytical skills * The ability to work as part of a tea * Second language (French, German or Spanish) preferred but not mandatory
