Responsibilities:

As a Radan Programmer, you'll help drive productivity and quality across our sheet metal manufacturing operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Producing efficient, safe programs for lasers and CNC punch presses
  • Preparing and cleaning up geometry for nesting
  • Applying tooling for profiling and punching sheet metal parts
  • Generating nests and CNC programs using Radan (Radraft and Radnest)
  • Updating production schedules and verifying materials and part quantities
  • Supporting production teams to avoid downtime and maintain part quality

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Radan (Radraft and Radnest) to prepare geometry and generate CNC programs
  • Experience working with sheet metal components
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines under changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A commitment to quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of 3D CAD would be advantageous
