MTrec Technical is proud to represent our industry-leading manufacturing client in their search for a skilled Extrusion Operator. This role involves a continental shift pattern and is well suited to those with prior experience setting up and operating extrusion machinery.
The Job you will do:
- Set, operate, and oversee the running of specialist extrusion machinery and ancillary equipment
- Monitor and maintain product specifications, carrying out online adjustments as required
- Carry out checks relevant to production specifications
- Prepare finished products for despatch
- Accurately complete all production paperwork
- Support the shift Team Leader & carry out all quality tests/measurements
- Move pallets as required
About you:
- Ideally, you will have previous experience of setting and operating extrusion equipment
- You will be a team player and happy working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication is essential for the role.
- You will be fully flexible and available to work continental shifts.
