The role you will be doing:

  • Working hands on with upholstered items and passing skills on to others
  • Upholstering headboards, seating and other upholstered items to a high standard
  • Helping to develop and refine new products alongside the design team
  • Teaching and mentoring others as the upholstery team grows
  • Assisting with basic wood machine work and furniture assembly where needed
