The Company:
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a 12 months fixed term contract starting as soon as possible. If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role:
You will be joining a busy transport and supply chain team providing administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring daily logistics operations run smoothly.
- Ensuring logistics documentation is accurate, completed and filed correctly.
- Ensuring communication flows effectively across departments.
- Provide support to the planning and scheduling of inbound and outbound goods.
- Liaising with customers and freight partners.
- Update internal systems maintaining accurate data records.
- Manage incoming queries in a professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to assist the wider transport team during peak periods or absences.
