The Role you will be doing:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and issue quotations via email, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Advise clients on product or service details, offering knowledgeable support.

- Record customer interactions, orders, and quotes in CRM or internal systems.
