The Company you will be working for: MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The Job you will be doing:

  • To increase the profitability and effectiveness of the company by providing high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.
  • Process orders received via email or telephone.
  • Check data accuracy in orders.
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer questions.
  • Liaise with the warehouse supervisor and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Create accurate QR14 job sheets per the company procedures.
  • Maintain and update the delivery schedules per the company procedures.
  • Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor, distribute and action incoming emails to the company email address.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Carry out any reasonable management request/operation that you are qualified to achieve safely.
  • Able to work Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 17:00, Friday 8:30 - 16:30.

  • Proven experience as a sales administrator.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
