The Company:
You will be working for MTrec Commercial, proudly representing our industry-leading client on their search for a Korean Speaking Customer Advisor to join their expanding team on a part-time basis. The Role:
- Conduct calls in order to generate high-quality leads
- Acquire, with training, good knowledge of product features and applications and be able to utilise this information efficiently within your communication
- Understand the needs of the prospective customer and react accordingly
- Maintain organised and detailed records of customer interactions
- Research contacts and consider their requirements prior to communication
- Support your colleagues and work as a team
- Deliver a very high standard of quality and professionalism at all times
About You:
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and spoken in Korean and English
- Positive attitude and result-driven
- Good team and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to direct the course of a conversation and handle objections
- Well-organised and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new processes
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with CRM
- Experience in a call centre or any target-driven environment (lead generation, telesales, B2B, customer service, etc)
- You must be able to work Monday to Friday 6am to 10am
