The Company you will be working for:

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced customer service & sales representative to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is looking to progress themselves within a customer service and sales-based role, with the company offering training and qualifications. The Role you will be doing:

  • Make calls to new and existing customers
  • Promote our product range, which you will be fully trained on
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Generate quotes and follow up on sales leads
  • Develop relationships with our customers and reseller partnership accounts

You will be working Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm; Friday 9am to 1pm.

About You:

  • Previous experience within a customer service/sales role.
  • It would be desirable if the candidate had a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiastic and driven
  • Strong communicator and a professional telephone manner
