Mtrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for a Credit Controller to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company are open to candidates with either little or great experience within this role, as full training will be provided. The Role you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensuring customer payments are received promptly and efficiently
- Process and allocate payments to customer accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Manage overdue accounts
- Manage cash expenses
- Calculate discounts and raise credits as required
- Evaluate the credit status of customers
- Review credit limits
- Assist with year-end audit
