The Role you will be doing;

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role involves managing both existing and potential new customers, overseeing the communication between the business and its clients regarding current orders, new work opportunities, pricing, and quotations.

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that the business achieves optimal returns on all products produced.

Additionally, the role involves monitoring customer expectations, internal performance, and resolving customer issues proactively and efficiently.

Regular updates to the Commercial Manager regarding customer forecasts and activity shifts are also required
