The Company you will be working for:

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a temporary role for around 2 months to support the company with a backlog of work, though there could be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent on a part-time basis! If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, documenting daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring ledgers are accurate.
  • Processing Invoices - handling both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and preventing discrepancies in financial transactions.
  • Processing payments to external partners, issuing invoices, and managing the flow of cash within the organization.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management review, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Able to work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4pm, Friday 7:30am to 12.30pm.

About You:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
