The Company

Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Account Management Graduate.

The Role

  • You will act as the primary link between the business, clients and the manufacturing function, always maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and solving operational challenges.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the client's products use with the account.
  • Assisting in planning and scheduling of work for the company.
  • Create customized account plans, monitoring budgets and tracking KPIs to align with business objectives.

The Person

  • Will ideally be degree qualified in a related field.
  • Previous engineering or manufacturing beneficial though not essential.
  • Will have good planning skills.
  • You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
