Im working with a growing North Yorkshire based contractor that specialises in faade and remediation works, particularly compliance-led schemes. Theyre looking to appoint a Design Manager to take ownership of design management and demonstrate competency to the Building Safety Regulator.

The Role

  • Manage the design process from pre-construction through to completion
  • Coordinate external consultants, designers, and specialist subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety, and faade standards
  • Take ownership of design competency and regulatory submissions
  • Identify and manage design risk and technical interfaces
  • Support project teams with buildable, compliant design solutions
