Senior Estimator | Construction | Dronfield | £60k - £75k + Package We're currently working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team in an office-based role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering commercial, healthcare, education and industrial construction projects across Yorkshire and the Midlands. You’ll play a key role in securing new work by producing accurate and competitive estimates, working closely with the wider pre-construction and operational teams. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Producing take-offs and obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations Identifying value engineering opportunities and commercial risks Working closely with the pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams Supporting bid presentations and client negotiations where required What You’ll Need Previous experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a main contractor Experience pricing commercial, healthcare, education or industrial projects Strong knowledge of construction methods and tendering processes Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Relevant construction qualification preferred Why Apply Join a well-established contractor with over 50 years of industry experience Diverse pipeline of public and private sector projects Long-term career progression within a growing business Office-based role with a supportive pre-construction team If you’re a Senior Estimator looking to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work, apply now for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
