The Company: I’m working with a well-established, successful contractor who have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team. They are a privately-owned business who have grown year on year, have plenty of cash in the bank and are well known for treating their staff well. Majority of the work they win is framework driven and repeat business through their long-standing client relationships.
The Role/You: Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2026 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join their Housing Refurb Division. The majority of their schemes are in the Greater Manchester area so they are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Site Manager on social housing refurbishment schemes. The initial scheme involves re-cladding and a re-roof to an apartment block in Manchester with some internal upgrades.
