Project Manager – Permanent position – North East

My client is a reputable Yorkshire-based contractor with a strong track record in delivering new build projects up to £15m across the industrial, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

They are seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver a c£10m new build care home in the North East.

As the Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
