An excellent opportunity has arisen for a project coordinator to join a busy and expanding building and fit-out contractor in the West Yorkshire area. The key responsibilities of the position will be to support the project team in the delivery of number schemes already secured in the retail sector. To be considered for the role you will have a hands-on / can do attitude and have the versatility to work across a variety support disciplines detailed below. – Contract administration, including updating / amendment of contract data. – Interface with site teams, third party suppliers, sub-contractors and client contacts as required. – Amendment of CAD drawing using AutoCAD, and their distribution (training can be given in this area). – Any other duties as required. To be considered for the post you will ideally fit the following criteria; – Have a proven track record in the delivery of contract support and coordination within a construction, property or engineering environment. –

Be a strong communicator via both email and telephone, and generally be comfortable dealing with persons internally and externally at all levels. – Be IT literate and be able to use MS office.
