Pre-Construction Manager / Project Manager | £65k - £75k + Package Are you a Project Manager looking to move away from day-to-day site management and get more involved in the early stages of construction projects? We're recruiting for an established main contractor looking to strengthen its pre-construction team in West Yorkshire. The business delivers a varied workload across commercial, industrial, education and public-sector projects throughout Yorkshire. This role will focus on taking projects through the pre-construction stages, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure schemes are properly planned before moving to site. The Role; Manage projects through the pre-construction stages and into delivery Coordinate design, estimating, planning and commercial teams Review buildability, construction methods and project programmes Support tender submissions, procurement and contractor appointments Identify project risks and develop practical solutions Liaise with clients, consultants and the wider project team Ensure a smooth handover from pre-construction to operational teams What We're Looking For; Experience as a Project Manager or Pre-Construction Manager with a main contractor Strong understanding of new build construction and project deliveryGood knowledge of programming, procurement and construction methods Confident coordinating design, commercial and operational teams Strong client-facing and communication skills Open to Project Managers looking to move away from site-based delivery Why Consider It?
