Im working with a renowned regional contractor to recruit a Site Agent as part of planned growth following a record year for turnover, profit and secured workload. They are a family ran multi-disciplined company who deliver projects into the millions across new builds, affordable housing and civil engineering.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Agent to take ownership of highways, public realm and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire.
The role will involve:
- Full responsibility for health, safety and environmental compliance
- Managing programme, cost and productivity on site
- Leading Engineers, Foremen and subcontractors
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders
- Ensuring works are delivered to time, quality and budget
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager

- Proven experience as a Site Agent with a main contractor
- Strong background in highways or infrastructure projects
- SMSTS and CSCS
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Ideally based across the M62 corridor
