MTR Partnership seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a major new build affordable housing development in East Yorkshire. You will manage the commercial performance of the scheme from procurement through to final account, ensuring value and cost control.
You will work closely with site and project teams, manage subcontract packages, and build strong client relationships, supported by extensive housing project and contract knowledge.
