We’re working with a growing specialist contractor to appoint a Site Manager to oversee roofing and waterproofing works across a range of projects nationwide. Due to a strong influx of new work and projects kicking off, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager who can take control of site operations and deliver safely, efficiently, and to programme.
This role will suit someone with a strong site management background who is comfortable working away and travelling, with experience in roofing or waterproofing beneficial but not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple roofing and waterproofing projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered to programme
- Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety standards
- Managing site logistics, materials, and labour allocation
- Monitoring quality and ensuring works meet required specifications
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Providing regular progress updates and reporting
- Resolving site issues and maintaining programme delivery
- Proven experience operating as a Site Manager on construction projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel and work away as required
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Relevant site qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS)
- Roofing or waterproofing experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong pipeline of secured work with projects starting imminently
