We’re working with a well-established construction and fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver fast-track projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work and an increasing number of schemes involving structural elements, this role will suit someone who can operate confidently across both fit-out and core construction phases. You’ll be site-based, leading projects from start to finish, with regular travel and working away required.

They are looking for a hands-on Site Manager with a background in fast-paced fit-out, alongside experience delivering groundworks, in-situ concrete/RC frame, and steel frame packages.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing site operations through to completion
  • Overseeing both structural and fit-out phases
  • Coordinating subcontractors across groundworks, RC frame, steel frame, and interiors
  • Driving programme on fast-track projects
  • Ensuring H&S compliance and high-quality delivery
  • Managing site logistics, labour, and materials
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction/fit-out
  • Strong fit-out background with exposure to structural packages (RC frame, steel frame, groundworks)
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
  • Willingness to work away on nationwide projects
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
