Senior Site Manager / Site Manager | North Yorkshire & North East | £50k - £70k + Package

We're currently working with a well‑established main contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager to deliver a programme of Ministry of Justice projects across North Yorkshire and the North East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work, overseeing projects from pre‑construction through to completion.

The role will involve managing site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

  • What You'll Be Doing;
  • Managing day-to-day site operations across Ministry of Justice projects
  • Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors throughout delivery
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety and compliance
  • Monitoring programme and resolving site issues as they arise
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team
  • What You'll Need;
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor
  • Experience delivering public sector, commercial or secure environment projects
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Good understanding of construction programmes, quality and H&S requirements
